Rooted in the Island
Since 2016.
Nikola and Milos arrived on Martha's Vineyard in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the island. They dove headfirst into the landscaping industry — learning the soil, the microclimates, the salt-air challenges, and the standards that Vineyard properties demand.
Over those years they never stopped growing. They pursued ongoing education in organic land care practices, turf science, and sustainable landscaping — earning certifications and deepening their understanding of what truly healthy, beautiful properties look like on this island.
In 2020, Nikola and Milos founded Estate Care with a clear mission: to raise the standard of complete property care services on Martha's Vineyard. From the start, Lawn Care has been at the heart of everything — because a thriving lawn is the foundation of a well-maintained estate.
Today we care for properties across all six island towns, from seasonal cottages to multi-acre estates — all with the same craftsmanship and attention they brought to the island on day one.
